Raba at Dobczyce

Hi, i am going to fish the Raba at Dobczyce sometime soon. Can anyone tell me where in Krakow i can buy a ticket (does sklep Barwena on Krolewska sell tickets?) i dont want to pay over the internet but if this is the only way then i will.
I will be travelling by car, can anyone recommend good places to fish between Dobczyce and Gdow? I will be fly fishing and maybe i will try a little spinning aswell.
Also, is it possible to fish in Dobczyce lake and is it any good for fishing?
