Raba below Dobczyce is the property of PZW ( Polish Fishing Associacions )
You can pay for fishing licence in two ways. Firs is to find local associocion and join as a member- may be difficoult for you if you dont speak any Polish or the other way is pay a daily price for fishing for bank account of PZw and keep the bill during fishing. More information you find on www.pzw.org.pl.
For you better seams fishing upper Raba, which is run by a privet person ( Mr Jeleński ) and this part of Raba is better prepared for visitors.Fly fishing only accepted A daily licens you can purcase in Rekliniec pension- Myślenice Zarabie. Fishing in Dobczyce lake is forbidden, because its a drinking water reservoir for Kraków, authorities want to prevent water from polution created by feeding fish.
Wait at least a few days for fishing , its flood now.
