Pawel, yes i still have a copy of the e-mail you sent me last year and i think it will be very helpfull to me. My main reason for asking about this again was to find out where to pay and get up to the minute information.
I have fished the Raba between Myslenica & Stroza a couple of times and caught some nice brown and rainbow trout. The river is nice here but for me, there are to many people fishing. I prefer to fish somewhere more quiet and the fish are not under so much angling pressure.
