Hi,
The part of the river you asked about is under the administration of the PZW (Polish Angling Association). You have to by a fishing permit. The price is 30 PLZ per day (I assume you are not a member of the PZW). You make a money transfer to the account of the Krakow branch of the PZW which administers this part of the river. Here is the account number:
