Hello Alistair,
I am on Raba below Doczyce Lake almost each week (I like to take walks there, even if this is not fishing season), so if You want to know any details about that part of river send me an email (I think You already have my adress - pawel @ augustynek . pl) and I will gladly help You.
So far I can tell, that on march lower Raba is definitively worth of visiting - On october I managed to locate some nice trouts and I hope they are still there :)
