Try Sajzy near Elk. It is a holiday place, and there will be people over there, but you certainly will be able to find a quiet spot in the village to stay. In a distance of about 45 minutes by walk you will have a nice stream called Lazna Struga, which resembles chalkstreams. Some parts are wadable, for other you will need a kayak or a pontoon. In Sajzy, right hand side of the point is wadable, and there are fishes that you can flyfish for, for instance jaz, wzdrega and okon.
Sajzy have infrastructure for tourists and good transportation with Elk.
