As Mr Cios said, it is very old dam. From what I know, its construction toke place during german occupation and later in years 1939-1949. It was before damned dam in Włocławek was built, so salominds had chance to migrate. Now it is probably useless. But who knows, some anglers says, that sea trouts still show up in this area from time to time. I myself however can prove only presence of brown trouts and huchens there.
