You may find some nice places (not camping) to stay overnight with a tent by the river Sola, upstream of Oswiecim, ca 3-5 km. Access is easier from the left bank. In Sola on this stretch you may do some flyfishing, but only for dace and chub (no trout and grayling). Contact the local association for a licence.
Being here I suggest a visit to Auschwitz Museum, also on the left bank of the river Sola. This is ca. 60 km from Krakow.
