Hello Roland,
Mazury in September does not offer much for a fly angler. The best river is Czarna Hancza (especially near Fracki), but it holds mainly brown trout (from 1 September the season is closed for trout). You may visit (mainly with a camera, because the chance of catching something is rather small) the following streams: upper Czarna Hancza (upstream of Suwalki), Rospuda (upstream of Augustow), Bledzianka and Bludzia (flowing into the Kaliningrad District). Grayling population is rather small in these waters.
