Bialka is open whole season but you can`t fish brow trout between September 1 to 31 December. It is on all rivers in Poland , it is a law. Permit you can buy in Nowy Targ. M. This is adres: Sklep Wędkarski Mozdyniewicz ul.Kolejowa 1 Nowy Targ. It is open between 9AM to 5 PM except weekends. On the picture si a different fish calles lipien. Now is the best time to fishing it. These places on gallery are located near Bialka Tatrzanska. i`ll give you map on next post.
