You can buy cheap waders in one of the fishing shops here. The problem is that with the beginning of September the season for brown trout ended. Now you can look for graylings and rainbows. When the new season for trout starts you should not ignore rudawa, even the places you have mentioned (I suspect you live somewhere in Salwator). Rudawa (the part outside the town) used to be stocked with rainbows regularly, maybe it will be continued this year also. Unfortunately there is no lake with trout close to Cracow. You should rather concentrate on rivers. In my opinion the best choice for you is Raba.
