I can give you some info of a few of the rivers you asked about.
Sola - I personally like it very much. The size is comparable to that of Raba, it's smaller than Dunajec. I prefer the upper part of the river - above Zywiec up to Rajcza. The main fish is a trout, not a very big one, but 30+ is not so rare. The grayling is smaller, something like 25+, so maybe next year...
Tanew - a nice river, the main fish is, according to my experience, the trout. This river is rather difficult for the flyfishing, narrow and very bushy. I prefer a spinning there.
Skawa - You can try in principle between Wadowice and Sucha Beskidzka, but frankly speaking I do not expect a big success, although peope catch something there from time to time. I suspect they know some sectret places...
The river is of the size comparable to Sola.
Pradnik - forget. The best part of it is within the border of the Ojcow National Park and the fishing there is prohibited.
