1. San permit - …
Can anyone advise me where i need to go to get a permit for this section of the river?
Fishing licence for that area You can buy in hotel "Gawra" or by Rober Tobiasz, Lech's frend & guide.
By him You can book a free days & get the licence.
2. San - I have fished this section in April, May and June, i have never fished it around September/October.
When would be the best time to go, i.e. when should it fish best, early September, late September/early
October
or late October?
It's depence of waether and what kind of fish You want to. At early fall every time is good.
I think the best is end of September- first weeks October.
