The data in this link from Stroza appears to indicate the water level is dropping quite fast. I dont know what 70cm height
indicates, if that is fishable water or not?

If 70 cm is to high for fishing, at what height does the water level from Stroza indicate suitable fishing conditions?

Sorry for not answering promptly. Actually water is very high, at the upper limit of medium water flows. I am suggesting 50 cm and lower water level, down to about 30 cm (in Stróża).

Licenece is obtainable from "Rekliniec" restaurant in Myślenice, unfortunately they start to sell about 11 a.m. If you want to start earlier, just call me or text me at +48502247738, I will give you verbal permit - and the licence purchase can be after fishing.

I am suggesting fishing between Stróża centre and Myślenice street bridge.

I decided not to make the trip, i did not want to risk getting there only to find unsuitable fishing water. It sounds like i
made the correct decision.

I know Rekliniec restaurant, i having eaten there many times.

I will probably make a trip down sometime within the next couple weeks. If i need a permit outside of Rekliniec opening
hours i will be in touch.

It was a right decision: today I was transporting small trout fry and I was forced to drive 27 kilmeters from Myślenice to find suitable small triburtary of Krzczonówka stream to release them in clear and low water. It was only one angler in Myślenice centre, otherwise nobody.
