Niby blisko nam do UE, a jednak chyba daleko.....
A tak na obecne powodzie reaguje niemiecki Minister Środowiska, wcale nie z partii Zielonych:
"Hi Artur,
here is something very interesting for us, that we could tell all the authorities and the people in Poland:
As a result of the flood in Germany the german Minister of Environment urges that the rivers need much more space, he wants to reposition the dykes much more far away from the rivers to give the rivers enough space, for this aim he is also willing to expropriate landowners.
It is remarkable: He is NOT from a green or ecological party, he is from the big conservative party, which has been in the past against these measures and which always had been for the investors and for technical measures against the flood.
Now even this party turns radical as a result of the flood...!!!
What is important to know: In Germany the Minister for Environment is RESPONSIBLE for flood protection measures, it is NOT the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport!
So it is absolutely relevant and important, that he says this!!!
