He,he,he... szanowny kolego, składki za wędkowanie są podwyższne od kilku(nastu ??) lat. I jaki jest tego efekt, przy wszechobecnym w naszym kraju olewaniu prawa i beznadziejnym wymiarze sprawiedliwości ??? Ano taki, że coraz więcej pasjonatów wędki wybiera się na ryby nie płacąc składek - bo i tak mają 90% szans, że nie zostaną za to ukarani. Idąc dalej - jakaś część tych składek idzie na zarybianie wód - ta kwota też maleje, a zatem mniej ryb trafia do rzek. Jeśli w RP ktokolwiek, chce gdziekolwiek egzekwować jakiekolwiek przepisy zabraniające czy ograniczające jakieś możliwości, musi bulić za ochronę mienia i strażników egzekwujących ograniczenia. To dotyczy właścicieli prywatnych łowisk, tak samo i PZW.
